Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping is done via USPS and is available as a $5 dollar First Class flat rate or $10 Priority flat rate. Please allow up to 3 business days for Priority mail, and 7 for First class to be delivered. If there are any issues or you do not receive your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
International Shipping is currently only available to Canada for a $16 Flat Rate via USPS. Please allow up to 16 business days for your item to be delivered. If there are any issues or you do not receive your item, please email email@example.com with your order number.
You may return any unused product for a refund, store credit, or an exchange within 20 days from the date we shipped the product to you. This is only for the return of product in perfect condition with complete intact packaging, etc.
I want to return an item. How do I do that?

An item I purchased broke? What can I do?
This is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover user damage. However we do pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will always assist you in trying to resolve the problem you are having and give the needed advice.
